Controlling your personal information
When you contact us via the website through the e-mail box you can be assured that no details of your e-mail are viewed by anyone other than the clinicians at this clinic. Our website host deletes e-mails immediately after they are sent and thus has no record of their content.
This clinic keeps paper records and will copy any relevant information before deleting online. Paper records are filed, stored and destroyed securely (please see Beckenham Physiotherapy Clinic privacy statement which will be available for you to view when you attend for an appointment)
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission to do so or are required by law to do so.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.
You may request us to delete or change any Data we have for you (our paper records are stored for 8 years before destroying by shredding)
